Coach Bianca Salcedo

I’m a fitness and food creator with a passion for helping women become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves. With over 10 years of athletic experience and years of strength training, fitness has always been a major part of my life and personal growth journey.

Through that journey I learned something that most programs won't tell you: you don't have to choose between the body you want and the life you love.  For a long time, fitness culture tried to convince me otherwise — that getting results meant extreme restriction, sacrifice, and leaving parts of myself at the door. I refused to accept that.

I became passionate about creating a healthier, more sustainable approach to fitness, one that allows women to see results without sacrificing the foods, culture, and life they love.

My coaching combines realistic training, balanced nutrition, accountability, mindset support, and habit-building to help women create lasting results and confidence from the inside out. I believe fitness should empower your life, not control it, and my goal is to make every client feel supported, capable, and proud of the person they’re becoming throughout their journey.

My approach is rooted in real experience - years of training, learning my body, and figuring out what actually works long-term. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and a body you're proud of - while still living your full, flavourful life. Because when you feel good in your body, everything else shifts.
